Quality Control
HSC-4 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

Subculture
Cells are treated with trypsin and EDTA. Cells are diluted 1/8 once a week for the subculture.
