Quality Control
HSC-3-M3 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

Subculture
Cells harvested after 0.25% trypsin and 0.02% EDTA treatment. Subculture with 1/8 dilution once a week.
