Quality Control
HSC-1 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

Subculture
Cells were harvested after treatment with 0.02% EDTA and 0.05% trypsin for three minutes. Subculture cells every 2 weeks.

Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
