Description
Derived from normal lung tissue of a 20 year old male caucasian with osteosarcoma metastatic to the lung. The cell line was initiated from enzyme dispersed tissue. The cells can undergo a further 9 population doublings.

Quality Control
Hs 888Lu Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
