Suggested Medium
RPMI1640 medium with 5% fetal bovine serum (heat inactivation may be done).
Quality Control
HL60(S) Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

Subculture
Simple dilution. Subculture every 3 days.
Shippment
HL60(S) Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
