IFO strain exhibits more rapid growth compared to the original HL-60 strain. IFO strain does not respond to DMSO or TPA for differentiation unlike to original HL-60 strain.

RPMI1640 medium with 10% heat-inactivated fetal bovine serum
Quality Control
HL-60 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
HL-60 Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
