Suggested Medium
Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium with 10 % fetal bovine serum.
Quality Control
HFb16d Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

Cells were harvested after treatment with 0.1% trypsin and 0.01% EDTA.
