Description
HF19 has been established from a 14 week old female foetus. The cells are heterozygous for thymidine kinase and have been used for studies of radiation-induced DNA damage. (Int J Radiat Biol 1996;69241).

Quality Control
HF19 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
