DM210 medium can be used although the DM160 medium was originally indicated. Be sure this cell line is the serum free cell culture. Frozen medium FM-1 established by Ohno,T. and destributed from Kyokuto Seiyaku Kogyo.Co. used.
Quality Control
HeLa.P3 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
