Description
HeLa/MMTV-luc cell line is a HeLa cell line stably transfected with a firefly luciferase reporter gene under the control of the MMTV promoter. HeLa/MMTV-luc can be used to detect glucocorticoid mediated transcriptional activity of chemicals.

Quality Control
HeLa/MMTV-luc Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
