EX-CELL HeLa Serum-Free Medium (Sigma cat no 14591C)+ 2mM Glutamine. When freezing cells down use 5050 fresh culture mediumconditioned medium plus 10% DMSO.
Quality Control
HeLa (AC-free) Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
HeLa (AC-free) Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
