HeB5 cell line is a derivative of Hepa-1c1c7 cell line stably transfected with a firefly luciferase reporter construct bearing Xenobiotic-Responsive Element (XRE) driven by a TATA promoter. HeB5 can be used for detection of mouse CYP1A induction by chemicals. GMO1.

Quality Control
HeB5 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
HeB5 Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.

Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
