Glow Biologics' Tn5 transposase is a hyperactive enzyme. Our Tn5 Transposase can recognizeoutside, inside and mosaic end sequences of Tn5 transposon. It can be used for ATAC-seq, NGS Library construction and In vitro transgenic experiment. Our Tn5 Transposase kit contains 25U Tn5 Transposase(1 U/μl), 5× LM Buffer and 10×TPS Buffer.
