Description
From H-35 Reuber hepatoma induced by chemical carcinogenesis in an AxC rat (see Nat Cancer Inst Monogr 1964;13229). Tyrosine aminotransferase positive. Synthesises several serum proteins including albumin, transferrin and prothrombin. (Same as H4-11-E-C3).

Coon's modified Ham's F12 (or Kaign's modified Ham's F12 + 45mg/L ascorbic acid + 18mg/L Inositol) + 2mM Glutamine + 5% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
Quality Control
H4II Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
H4II Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.

Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
