From H-35 Reuber hepatoma. Tyrosine aminotransferase positive. Synthesises several serum proteins including albumin, transferrin, prothrombin. The presence of type C virus has been shown and can readily be verified by electron microscopy.

Quality Control
H4-II-E-C3 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
