Quality Control
H-1A(H123) Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

Subculture
When the cultures reached subconfluence, the cells were harvested with 0.25% trypsin and 1mM EDTA and replated with one-half of harvested cells.
