Description
Derived from trypsinised skin. The cells entered a 'crisis' period after 3 passages and subsequently stabilised. Remain stable for at least 100 passages. Susceptible to rabies virus, producing similar titres as those from Vero cells.

Quality Control
FEL Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
FEL Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
