Quality Control
F9-41 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

Subculture
Harvest cells after treatment with 0.01% EDTA and 0.125% trypsin. Subculture every two days and disperse cells completely before scoring cell number.

Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
