This cell line is one of a series of F2408 rat cell lines with recombinant plasmid pZE2 with coding region of the EBNA2 transfected, but the expression of the EBNA2 was weak in this strain.
Suggested Medium
Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium with 5% fetal calf serum.
Quality Control
F2408 EBNA2 cl-23 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

Subculture
Cells are treated with 0.25% trypsin and 0.02% EDTA when subculture cells and subculture cells every 4 days.
