Description
ESO26 was established from a primary tumour located in the gastroesophageal junction and distal oesophagus of a 56 year-old Caucasian male in 2000 involving lymph nodes and distant metastases. ESO26 was found to be tumourigenic in female NMRI nude mice or NOD-SCID mice.

ESO26 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
