Description
This cell line may contain a sub-chromosomal fragment of human chromosome 17 bearing markers thought at the time to flank the cytotic fibrosis gene. The human DNA was donated from the human osteosarcoma cell line MNNG-HOS.

Quality Control
EIII Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
