Derived from the trachea of a male bovine foetus. The cell line can be used for isolation, replication and quantitation of BVDV, IBRV and parainfluenza type 3 virus. Growth and morphological characteristics decline beyond passage number 55.

Quality Control
EBTr Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
EBTr Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.

Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
