Quality Control
E1A-3Y1-1 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

Subculture
0.05 % trypsin+5mM EDTA. Dilute 1/20-1/40. Prepare many ampules when received. Use new ampule after 1-2 month culture.
