Description
Derived by the infection of a sub-clone of MDCK with murine MSV. The cells are used for studies of the interaction between RNA tumour viruses and mammalian cells including the isolation of xenotropic human tumour virus.

Quality Control
DoCI1 (S+L-) Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
DoCI1 (S+L-) Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.

Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
