Description
The small cell carcinoma DMS 454 was isolated in 1981 from lung tissue of a male patient at time of autopsy. The cells contain dense-core vesicles and secrete calcitonin.

Quality Control
DMS 454 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

DMS 454 Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
