Description
Derived from a ten year old male golden retriever with malignant histiocytosis. The cells have a macrophage-like morphology and are able to phagocytose latex particles. They are positive for Fc-gamma receptors and are negative for Fc-mu and C3b receptors. DH82 cells do not produce IL-1.

EMEM (EBSS) + 2mM Glutamine + 1% Non Essential Amino Acids (NEAA) + 15% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS) (Heat Inactivated).
Quality Control
DH82 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
DH82 Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
