Description
The cell line COR-L23/CPR cell line is a drug-resistant variant of COR-L23. The line was developed by growing the parent line in increasing concentrations of cisplatin. Cisplatin accumulation is reduced in COR-L23/CPR and cross resistance to melphalan and other platinum compounds has been found. Cells tend to grow in clumps.

Quality Control
COR-L 23/CPR Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
COR-L 23/CPR Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.

Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
