Description
Normal B lymphoid cell line derived from the peripheral blood of a 74 year old Chinese female (the same patient as COLO 720E) with ovarian cancer. These B-lymphoid cells grow as characteristic clumps of cells in the media. Often the peripheral cells of the clumps have their spike-like uropods extending into the media.

Quality Control
COLO 720 L Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
