Description
COLO 206F, COLO 201 and COLO 205 were all established from the ascites fluid obtained from a 70-year-old male patient with adenocarcinoma of the colon. The cell line can be used for immunological studies in cytotoxicity assays and immunoglobin characterisation. Please note this cell line was mycoplasma eradicated at Glow Biologics.

Quality Control
