Description
From a 19 month old male mouse (C57BL/1CRF) which had received an i.p. injection of MAMA each week for 18 months. 4th in vivo passage - source of explant culture. Cells form acini and junctional complexes and produce large tumours in nude mice (6 x 1,000,000 cells inoculum) after 1 month.

Quality Control
CMT 93 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
