Description
Clone of CHO-K1 cells expressing * Macaca mulatta (Rhesus macaque) / * Macaca fascicularis (Cynomolgus macaque) FcgammaRIIb as a transmembrane protein. * The sequence of the extracellular domains of FcgammaRIIb from Rhesus macaque (NP_001258577) and a predicted sequence for the one polymorphic form of FcgammaRIIb from Cynomolgus macaque (NW_005092960) are identical at the amino acid level. There is one amino acid change (Leu104Met) relative to the Cynomolgus macaque sequence AAL92097
