Description
This cell line was derived from a bronchogenic carcinoma of a 45-year-old male. The cells produce high levels of MUC-1 mucin mRNA, low levels of MUC-2 mRNA but do not express the MUC-3 gene.

Quality Control
ChaGo-K-1 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
ChaGo-K-1 Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.

Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
