Description
A B lymphoblastoid line obtained from the peripheral blood of an 11 year old boy with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia. Appear free of virus particles by electron microscopy. Do not synthesise immunoglobulins. Grown in continuous spinner culture for 6 months. HLA profile A1, A2, B12, B17, Cw2.

Quality Control
