Description
A T lymphoblastoid line obtained from the peripheral blood of a 4 year old Caucasian female with acute lymphoblastoid leukaemia. These may be grown to a high density in a spinner type suspension culture. Cells are reported to be free of virus particles as determined by electron microscopy.

Quality Control
CCRF-CEM Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
CCRF-CEM Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.

Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
