Description
Established from a Grade IV astrocytoma from a 68-year old Caucasian female. Cells exhibit strong perinuclear acid and phosphatase activity, glial fibrillary acidic protein present in 70-80% cells. HLA-DR present on approximately 20-30% cells after 48 hours culture.

Quality Control
CCF-STTG1 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
