EMEM (EBSS) + 2mM Glutamine + 1% Non Essential Amino Acids (NEAA) + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS). 10mM HEPES can be included if a CO2 incubator is not available.
Quality Control
CCB Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
CCB Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
