DMEM + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS) + 1mM 8-bromodeoxyuridine. The cells can be grown in the absence of bromodeoxyuridine.
Quality Control
C6-BU-1 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
