Description
C2-Rev 7 cell line is a revertant of the C2 variants, selected by virtue of its capacity to grow in glucose free medium (containing dialysed serum) where survival requires activity of the liver-specific gluconeogenic pathway. Expression of the entire set of liver specific functions is restored. Albumin and hepatocyte markers present.

Quality Control
C2-Rev 7 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
C2-Rev 7 Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.

Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
