Suggested Medium
RPMI1640 medium with 10% fetal calf serum.
Quality Control
c-WRT-7-LR Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

Subculture
In vitro dilution. In vivo by i.p. passages (10^6 cells) for 2-3 weeks in WKA/Hok rat.
