Description
This line cell line is a mutant sub-line of BW5147 which was derived from an AKR/J mouse lymphoma. The cells are resistant to 100µM thioguanine and 1mM ouabain. The cells can be used to produce T-cell hybrids.

Quality Control
BW5147.G.1.4.OUAR.1 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

BW5147.G.1.4.OUAR.1 Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
