Description
This line cell line is a mutant sub-line of BW5147 which was derived from an AKR/J mouse lymphoma. The cells are resistant to 100µM thioguanine and 1mM ouabain. The cells can be used to produce T-cell hybrids.

SMEM + 2mM Glutamine + 1% Non Essential Amino Acids (NEAA) + 2mM Sodium Pyruvate (NaP) + 0.05mM 2-Mercaptoethanol (2ME) + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
Quality Control
BW5147.G.1.4.OUA/R.1 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
