BHK TK- cell line is a derivative of BHK21 (clone 13) rendered TK- by selection in 30µg/ml BUdR. Used widely for research on viruses and on neoplastic transformation especially with polyoma virus.

Quality Control
BHK TK Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
BHK TK Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
