BALB 3T3 A31-1-1 cell line transfected with H-ras gene. The cell line keeps characteristics of the contact inhibition and the transfomation is induced by phorbol ester alone. No initialization required.

Eagle's minimal essential medium with 10% fetal bovine serum.
Quality Control
Bhas 42 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

Subculture
Cells are harvested after treatment with 0.25% trypsin and 0.02% EDTA. Split ratio is practically 1/100. Harvest cells before confluent at subculture.
