Malignant cells produced on passaging BE10-Intermediate beyond passage 40. The cells possess tissue plasminogen activator activity, are tumourigenic in BDIX rats and form colonies in agar.

Quality Control
BE10-Late Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
