Description
Produced by passaging the latent period cell line BE10-Early beyond passage 17. The cells possess elevated levels of tissue plasminogen activator activity, are not tumourigenic in BDIX rats and do not form colonies in agar. Do not be use beyond passage 40 as cell properties alter. The BE10 culture was originally derived 2 days after a single dose of ethylnitrosourea to pregnant rats. The control culture BE11 was derived 2 days after exposure to buffer.

Quality Control
BE10-Intermediate Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

BE10-Intermediate Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.

Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
