Description
Derived from BCL1 by limiting dilution and does not spontaneously secrete IgM when cultured in pre-tested batches of FBS. The line is useful for studying soluble factors involved in B-cell differentiation.

RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 1% Sodium Pyruvate (NaP) + 1% Non Essential Amino Acids (NEAA) + 0.05mM 2-Mercaptoethanol (2ME) + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
Quality Control
BCL1 Clone CW13.20-3B3 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
