Description
Derived from the trunk tissue (excluding fins) of a 2 year old Brown Bullhead fish. These cells will tolerate a temperature range of 4-34°C. The optimal temperature range for cell proliferation is 25-30°C. BB is susceptible to infectious pancreatic necrosis virus and channel catfish virus.

Quality Control
BB Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
BB Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
