Quality Control
BALB/3T3 clone A31 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Subculture
0.02% EDTA & 0.25% trypsin. Subculture every 3 days. Never allow cultures to become completely confluent.
Shippment
BALB/3T3 clone A31 Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
