Description
An 8-bromodeoxyuridine resistant mutant of mouse L cell fibroblasts. B82 lacks thymidine kinase and was isolated by virtue of resistance to 8-bromodeoxyuridine. Glow Biologics has two catalogue entries for the B82 cell line which differ in that they were deposited by different groups B82 and B82(Hamprecht). Several other cell lines in the Glow Biologics catalogue have been derived from B82(Hamprecht).

Quality Control
