B129 Mouse Primary Thymus Epithelial Cells from Glow Biologics are isolated from thymus tissue of pathogen-free laboratory B129S2/SvPasCrl mice. B129 Mouse Primary Thymus Epithelial Cells are grown in a T25 tissue culture flask pre-coated with gelatin-based coating solution for 2 min and incubated in Glow Biologics. B129 Mouse Primary Thymus Epithelial Cells can be used for the assay of cell-cell interaction, adhesion, WB, PCR, immunofluorescent flow cytometry, IP, or generating cell derivatives.
